Biper in three sentences

Biper is a small radio cube and a free, open system that let two non-technical people message each other with no internet, no coverage and no subscription. The cube transmits on the open MeshCore network — thousands of nodes in Poland already — and talks to every device on it. The project is run by one person and publishes its evidence as it goes, including what has not been measured yet.
