Terms and privacy

What we send, what we store and how to leave the list — in plain words, with the legal part underneath.

01 / WHAT THIS IS

Short e-mails when something real lands

The ESP32AI.ME newsletter is short e-mails about new systems, releases and devices on this portal. No fixed schedule — we write when there is genuinely something to install or read. The service is free.

The list lives on our own server in the EU. No third-party mailing platform ever sees the addresses. Signing up takes two steps: the form, then a click on the confirmation link — only that click completes the sign-up.

02 / TERMS

Newsletter terms of service

  1. Provider. MAGNET MEDIC Tomasz Fiedoruk, ul. Dworcowa 19, 78-550 Czaplinek, Polska, VAT ID (NIP) 2530148533, REGON 331412634. Contact: tomasz@fiedoruk.pl.
  2. The service. Free delivery of e-mails about systems, releases, devices and publications of esp32ai.me. A message may contain marked partner content (for example a link to a partner shop) — the marking stands right next to such content.
  3. Technical requirements. A working e-mail address and a mail client or a web browser.
  4. Contract. The newsletter contract is concluded when you confirm the sign-up: you send the form with the consent box ticked, then click the link in the confirmation e-mail. An unconfirmed address never enters the mailing list, and pending records are deleted after 30 days at the latest. The contract runs for an indefinite time.
  5. Unsubscribing. At any time, no reason needed: via the link present in every message (one click) or by e-mail to the contact address. Effective immediately — the contract ends the moment you unsubscribe.
  6. Complaints. To the contact address. We reply without undue delay, within 14 days at the latest.
  7. Unlawful content. Providing unlawful content is prohibited; the form accepts nothing but an e-mail address.
  8. Changes. A new version appears on this page with its date. We announce substantial changes by e-mail; if you disagree, one click unsubscribes you.
  9. Governing law. Polish law. The English and German versions of this page are translations — the Polish version prevails. Consumers in other countries keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their own law.

03 / PRIVACY

Personal data notice (Article 13 GDPR)

  • Controller. MAGNET MEDIC Tomasz Fiedoruk, ul. Dworcowa 19, 78-550 Czaplinek, Polska. Contact for all data matters: tomasz@fiedoruk.pl.
  • Purposes and legal bases. (1) Sending the newsletter — your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the consent box and confirming the sign-up; providing your address for commercial information is at the same time the consent required by Article 398(2) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law. (2) Proving that consent existed and defending against claims — our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); this is why we record sign-up, confirmation and unsubscribe events.
  • Data. E-mail address, page language, date and time of sign-up, confirmation and unsubscribe, IP address, browser name (user agent), and the version of the consent text.
  • Recipients. Our hosting provider dhosting.pl (processor). Nobody else — we do not sell or share addresses. Sign-up statistics are a single event in our self-hosted analytics (Plausible CE on our own EU server), without the e-mail address.
  • Retention. Until you withdraw consent (unsubscribe). Unconfirmed sign-ups disappear after 30 days at the latest. After unsubscribing we keep the address and the consent and unsubscribe dates for the limitation period of claims — as proof that the mailing had a basis and that the unsubscribe was carried out.
  • Your rights. Access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16 GDPR), erasure (Article 17 GDPR), restriction (Article 18 GDPR), objection to processing based on our legitimate interest (Article 21 GDPR), and withdrawal of consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of earlier mailings (Article 7(3) GDPR). Withdrawing is as easy as signing up: one click on the unsubscribe link. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office) — uodo.gov.pl.
  • Voluntariness. Providing your address is voluntary — without it you simply cannot subscribe. No profiling, no automated decisions, and the data never leaves the European Economic Area.

04 / THE CONSENT TEXT

What exactly you agree to

The text you tick when signing up (version 2026-08-15):

I subscribe to the ESP32AI.ME newsletter and agree to receive e-mails about new systems, releases and devices from MAGNET MEDIC Tomasz Fiedoruk. I can unsubscribe at any time — every e-mail carries an unsubscribe link. Terms and privacy: /newsletter

Every sign-up is stored together with the version number of this text — so it is always clear what the consent covered, even if the text changes one day.
